Step 2 : Email your design

Email us your design or some pictures that you pick up from internet that look similar with you design to give us some idea about your design so then we are going to confirm with you which style of clothes as well as the material that we can help.

Or the best way is to send your clothes samples/ clothes prototype to our sewing factory

Step 3 : Receiving 9mode’s clothes and services sample

You will get from us clothes sample and label, hangtag, printing or embroidery on fabric , and fabric samples. By this way, you are able to:

• Check the quality of our fabric, choice the fabric that fit with your requirement
• Check the quality of our workmanship
• Check the quality of our services : embroidery, printing, labeling

All of this services cost you only 50 – 70 USD included express shipping

Please keep in mind that :

• This is ready made clothes that we made with European , US or Australian standard size, so you can make any changes as you wish to fit with your design
• And the label, hangtag might be in the different size , different color from what you have in mind. We only can give you some idea about our work. Make the change as you wish
• The same story for screen printing(embroidery), we can send out for you water-based printing or plastisol printing, (we might send you flat embroidery or 3D embroidery)

Step 4 : Receiving a personalized quote.

After you are happy with our work and quality, we will process with custom quote

You can email us to get “quote request” form or download direct from our website (in the right side of the website, underneath the “Client support” part )         

After providing us following information, we will work out a custom quote and get back to you within 1-3 days. For some special order, we will notify you.

Don’t worry about the minimum order quantity (MOQ) since 9mode offer you very low MOQ policy

• Embroidery/ printing : email us your artwork file for embroidery/ printing in JPEG file, photoshop, PSD, etc

      The size of logo in width and length (please indicate by inches or centimeter  )

• Labeling and hang tag services
• Another information  : like accessories, decorate, packing in special way etc

For each design, we will have additional request from you for working out a quote.

Step 5 : Make payment for custom  sample or bulk order

We have 2 choices for this step:

You can start right away with bulk order or start making clothes prototype first then process with bulk order

• Start with clothes prototype:

Clothes prototype cost money, and the price of this will be very different from ready made sample since we must do all of the work like we produce in quantity just for 1 prototype like sourcing fabric, design pattern, set up printing/ embroidery, set up for label and hang tag etc

• Start right away with bulk order:

After you have made the choice for fabric and confirm all of details with 9mode, we can start producing in quantity. We will send out one clothes sample to you to check the dimension, place of logo, the design, label … And this sample we will make for FREE, you only need to pay express shipping.

Payment term :

•         For clothes sample order : pay 100% up front
•         For bulk order : pay 70% up front, 30% when we ship the clothes out to you.
